Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Mindora, including the Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, web dashboard, and website at this domain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Mindora is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via Telegram. It provides five informational areas — Health, Legal info, Finance, Designer, and Assistant — that can answer questions, process supported documents and images, maintain personal memory, create reminders, and, if you choose to connect it, work with your Google Calendar.

3. Google Calendar integration

Google Calendar integration is optional. To use it, you must authorize Mindora through Google's OAuth consent screen. You may disconnect the integration at any time through Mindora or revoke access in your Google Account settings.

• Mindora may read upcoming calendar events only to answer your schedule-related requests or provide calendar functionality you ask for.
• Mindora may create calendar events only when you ask it to create an event, meeting, reminder, or similar calendar entry.
• You are responsible for checking event details, time zones, dates, invitees, and descriptions before relying on created calendar events.
• Calendar functionality can be unavailable if Google services are unavailable, OAuth tokens expire, access is revoked, or Mindora's connection to Google Calendar fails.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Mindora to generate, store, or distribute illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access another user's data.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service.
• Upload files that contain malware or that you do not have the right to share.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates Telegram's Terms of Service or Google's applicable terms.

Free is intended for trying Mindora:

• Up to 30 messages per day
• Up to 3 files per day
• AI memory for the last month
• Standard processing speed
• Basic AI model

Pro is intended for regular work and daily tasks:

• Practically unlimited messages
• Up to 30 files per day
• Up to 200,000 AI tokens per day
• Memory without an automatic retention period
• Priority request processing
• Advanced AI analysis, deeper answers, improved file and large-context handling
• Access to premium AI models

Payments, new AI features, and plans for teams and businesses are in development. We may change these limits at any time. Exceeding limits results in temporary rate-limiting, not permanent suspension.

7. Account and data

Your account is identified by your Telegram user ID. You are responsible for the content you upload, the instructions you give Mindora, and the accuracy of calendar entries or reminders created from those instructions. You retain ownership of your data and may delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Service availability

Mindora is provided "as is" without warranties of uptime, availability, or accuracy. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruption, AI mistakes, missed reminders, incorrect calendar entries, or unavailable third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindora and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to health, legal, financial, scheduling, or business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
